O great servant of Christ, willing sufferer, new-seeker of miracles, our Father Irinarsha, fertilization of the Russian land, praise to the city of Rostov, adornment and affirmation of this monastery! Who wouldn’t be surprised at your spontaneous and long-term suffering patience? For thirty more years in a cramped and cold hut you imprisoned yourself, you suffered coldness, hunger and exhaustion of the flesh of the Kingdom for the sake of the Heavenly Kingdom, and to this end you also endured expulsion from the monastery, due to the obsession of the enemy, without a murmur. We know that after being begged by the brethren, like a gentle lamb, you returned to your abode, and you settled in that cramped hut, like hard adamant, against the invisible demonic hordes and your visible enemies with patience. armed When, by God’s permission, Poland’s warriors came to this monastery, you were not afraid of mortal retribution, but having become chaste, in a word, you created to return to your own place.
For this reason, the All-Good God, seeing your faith and suffering long-suffering, gave you the gift of insight and healing: you gave healing to the demons, to the lame to walk well, to the blind you gave sight, and many others with faith came to you for good, even to this day you have worked miracles. We are unworthy, such as we see miracles and fulfilled joy, we cry to you: Rejoice, valiant sufferer and conqueror of demons: Rejoice, our quick helper and warm prayer to God.
Hear us sinners too, praying to you and running under your roof: manifest your merciful intercession for us to the Almighty, and intercede with your God-pleasing prayers everything useful for the salvation of our souls and bodies: preserve this holy monastery, every city and the whole and every Christian country from all the slander of the enemy: in our sorrows and illnesses, give us a helping hand, so that through your intercession and intercession, by the grace and mercy of Christ our God, we too may be delivered from our unworthiness, after departing from this life, from this holy standing, and may we be worthy of the right hand with all the saints forever centuries.
