O Reverend Father Seraphim, a zealous zealot of the True God, a new adornment to the Orthodox Church, a wondrous ascetic of Christian piety! We run to you, we bring you, we open our thoughts to you of our sorrowful souls. Pray to God for people overwhelmed by the passions and vanity of this world: do not stop praying to Him for all those who come to you and ask for your help. Do not despise our little death, multiply it with your prayer. Grant us, by the grace of God, deliverance from sorrows and healing from illnesses, heal our mental and physical ailments, direct our minds to the knowledge of the Orthodox faith, and help us to keep all the commandments of God. Preserve the minds of Orthodox people from darkness and unbelief, but create Christ’s love for one another, so that in the piety of Christ we prosper, in the joy of our hearts we exclaim to you: Rejoice, our helper: Rejoice, our healing: Rejoice, our consolation: Rejoice, our joy, Reverend Father Seraphim, and grant us your joy forever and ever.
