To whom shall I cry, Lady? To whom shall I resort in my sorrow, if not to You, Mother of God? Who will receive my cry and my sighing, and not you, Most Immaculate, Hope of Christians and refuge for me a sinner? Who is more in Your favor? Incline, O Most Pure Lady, Your ear to my prayer. Mother of my God, do not despise me who requires Your help, hear the groaning and cry of my heart, and give me spiritual joy, strengthen me when I am sad, enlighten and teach me how to pray as You should, and do not leave me for my impatience, O Queen of Heaven, but be my Patroness and Intercessor in my life, May I sing and glorify You and Christ our God born of You forever and ever.
