Behold, to your most honest and miraculous icon, we reverently fall and kiss you, unworthy and sinful to you, as if we were our quick helper and warm prayer book, we cry out with a contrite and humble spirit: do not despise the prayers of us sinners, the weak, who have fallen into much iniquity, but, as through the grace of God at the wedding, cleanse us from our ailments and ask us from Christ our God for mental and physical health. You have received the infinite grace of healing from our Savior Jesus Christ for your faith, sealed by torment.
