O Saint Catherine, virgin and martyr, true bride of Christ! We pray to you, as the deliberate grace that preceded your Bridegroom, Sweet Jesus, received: just as you put to shame the deceptions of the tormentor with your wisdom, you overcame fifty revolutions, and having fed them with heavenly teaching, you guided them to the light of true faith, so ask us for it too God's wisdom, and we too, having thwarted all the machinations of the hellish tormentor, having despised the temptations of the world and the flesh, are worthy to appear of Divine glory, and for the expansion of our Orthodox faith we are worthy of becoming a worthy vessel, and with you in the heavenly tabernacle of our Lord and Master Jesus Christ, with the Father and Holy Spirit, we will praise and glorify throughout all ages of ages.
