O Most Holy Lady, my Lady Theotokos, Heavenly Queen! You weigh the sorrow of my heart and the sorrow of my soul. I pray to You earnestly: save and deliver me, Your sinful servant, from vain slander, from all troubles and misfortunes and sudden death. Have mercy on me and preserve me at all times, in the days of my toil and on the way I walk, and in the hours of the night when I sleep, supply me, cover me and intercede. Protect me, Lady Theotokos, from all my enemies, visible and invisible, and from every evil situation. In every place and at every time, be with me, O Mother of Grace, an insurmountable wall and a strong intercession always, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
