Receive, all-holy Theotokos, precept-taught by God, O Mistress of the Virgin Mother, Thy bounties, Thou alone hast laid upon us unworthy servants of Thine, from all chosen peoples and from every creature both heavenly and earthly. For Thou hast made known to us Thy power with Thyself, and through Thee we have come to know the King, and by Thee we have partaken of the Body and Precious Blood of Him. Therefore, blessed art Thou in the generations of the ages, O most glorified among the Cherubim and Seraphim, being more radiant than they. And now, O all-praised Theotokos, do not cease to pray for us Thy unworthy servants, that we may be delivered from every counsel of the crafty one and from every opposition, and preserved unharmed from every deceitful device of the devil. O Lady Theotokos, uplifted by the Spirit! Higher than all angels and archangels, mightier than all created things, thou art the helper of the faithful, the hope of those without hope, the advocate before God for the sorrowful, the sustainer of the hungry, the giver to the naked, the healer of the sick, the savior of sinners, the helper and intercessor for all. Through thee, O Lady Theotokos, we cry: With thy mercy, forgive us, O most venerable Patriarchs of the Orthodox Church, archbishops, bishops, and all clergy, and all Orthodox Christians, with thy garment protect us: pray for us, O Lady, that the Incarnate God may be born without seed from the Theotokos, Jesus Christ our Lord, so that by His power we might overcome both visible and invisible enemies. Through thee, O Lady Theotokos, uplifted by the Spirit, raise us out of the depths of sin, deliver us from hunger, destruction, fear, flood, fire, sword, encounter with strangers and mutual strife, from vain death, from attack by enemies, from destructive winds, from deadly stars, and from every evil. Grant peace and health to thy servants, all Orthodox Christians, enlighten them in heart and mind for salvation: and make us, O sinful servants of thine, worthy again to receive the Theotokos, Jesus Christ our Lord: as His kingdom is blessed and glorified with His Father, without beginning, with His Son, with the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
