Прест҃а́ѧ влⷣчце бцⷣе, свѣ́те помраче́нныѧ моеѧ̀ дꙋшѝ, наде́ждо, покро́ве, прибѣ́жище, ѹ҆тѣше́нїе, ра́дованїе моѐ, бл҃годарю́ тѧ, ꙗ҆́кѡ сподо́била мѧ̀ є҆сѝ недосто́йнаго, прича́стника бы́ти пречⷭ҇тагѡ тѣ́ла, и҆ чⷭ҇тны́ѧ кро́ве сн҃а твоегѡ̀. Но ро́ждшаѧ и҆́стинный свѣ́тъ, просвѣтѝ моѧ̑ ѹ҆́мныѧ ѻ҆́чи се́рдца: ꙗ҆́же и҆сто́чникъ безсме́ртїѧ ро́ждшаѧ, ѡ҆животвори́ мѧ ѹ҆мерщвле́ннаго грѣхо́мъ: ꙗ҆́же млⷭ҇тивагѡ бг҃а любобл҃гоꙋтро́бнаѧ мт҃и, поми́лꙋй мѧ̀, и҆ да́ждь мѝ ѹ҆миле́нїе, и҆ сокрꙋше́нїе въ се́рдцѣ мое́мъ, и҆ смире́нїе въ мы́слехъ мои́хъ, и҆ воззва́нїе въ плѣне́нїихъ помышле́нїй мои́хъ: и҆ сподо́би мѧ̀ до послѣ́днѧгѡ и҆здыха́нїѧ неѡсꙋжде́ннѡ прїима́ти пречⷭ҇тыхъ та̑инъ ѡ҆сщ҃е́нїе, во и҆сцѣле́нїе дꙋши́ же и҆ тѣ́ла: и҆ пода́ждь мѝ сле́зы покаѧ́нїѧ и҆ и҆сповѣ́данїѧ, во є҆́же пѣ́ти и҆ сла́вити тѧ̀ во всѧ̑ дни̑ живота̀ моегѡ̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ бл҃гослове́на и҆ препросла́влена є҆сѝ во вѣ́ки. O Lady Theotokos, thou that dost enlighten my darkened soul, hope, protection, refuge, Comforter, joy of mine heart, I thank thee because thou hast deemed me worthy to partake of the precious and life-giving Body and Blood of thy Son. But having given birth to the true Light, thou hast enlightened my dim eyes with the light of thy Heart: wherefore, O Source of immortality, thou hast quickened me who was dead in sin: wherefore, O most loving Mother of God, have mercy on me, and grant me compunction of heart, and softening of thoughts, and humility of mind, and lifting up of my thoughts from captivity: and vouchsafe that I may receive the mysteries of thy precious Body and Blood without condemnation at the last hour for the healing of soul and body: and give me tears of repentance and confession, in which to sing and praise thee throughout all the days of my life, for thou hast been blessed and glorified for ages.
