O venerable and God-bearing Father Ephraim, great wonderworker and our faithful intercessor! Hear our voices of prayer, earnestly offered to you, and look upon us mercifully. Grant us quick deliverance from troubles, take away the sorrow and lamentation of sin from our hearts, heal our mental and physical infirmities, and ask us from the All-Merciful God for forgiveness of sins, and all the good things through your prayers from above have been sent down to us: for you have been given the grace to pray for us, and no one else, flow with faith to the race your relics come from you without help. By you the souls of evil spirits are driven away from people, by you they receive health and relaxation, and various ailments and obsessions are healed: you are an elegant and wonderful doctor to everyone and you fulfill everyone’s good desires.
Do it, O saint of Christ, so that we who live in your monastery, and all of us who have now flown to you with faith and love and the more miraculous race of your future, will live a peaceful and prosperous temporary life, and in the future we will inherit the Kingdom of Heaven, and together with you we will glorify Consubstantial Trinity, Father and Son and Holy Spirit, forever and ever.
