But a new creation, having been fashioned by the Master for us from that which was, through seedless conception by the Womb, and preserving it thus, as it was, imperishable, let us behold the wonder and cry out:
Rejoice, O flower of incorruption:
Rejoice, crown of temperance.
Rejoice, O Resurrection manifesting the likeness of life eternal:
Rejoice, O angelic life-giving.
Rejoice, O tree fruitful in light, from whence the faithful are fed:
Rejoice, O tree blessed evergreen, by which many are covered.
Rejoice, O womb-bearing one who shall deliver the captives:
Rejoice, giving birth to a Guide of those who wander astray.
Rejoice, O Judge of the prayerful:
Rejoice, many-sinned forgiveness.
Rejoice, O garment of the bold ones naked!
Rejoice, beloved, every desire conquering.
Rejoice, O Bridegroom without a Bride.
