Хотѧ̀ богохꙋ́льное є҆реті́ческое ѿгна́ти ѕлосмра́дїе, мѵ́ро вои́стиннꙋ бл҃гово́нное та́инственное ꙗ҆ви́лсѧ є҆сѝ нїко́лае: лю́ди мѷрє́йскїѧ ѹ҆па́слъ є҆сѝ, и҆ ве́сь мі́ръ свои́мъ бл҃года́тнымъ мѵ́ромъ и҆спо́лнилъ є҆сѝ: и҆ ѿ на́съ ѹ҆̀бо богоме́рзкое грѣхо́вное ѕлосмра́дїе ѿженѝ, да бл҃гопрїѧ́тнѡ бг҃ꙋ вопїе́мъ: Ґллилꙋ́їа.
Though we strive to quench the godless heretical flame with its foul incense, the true holy and mystic myrrh hath nevertheless been revealed: men of the world have anointed themselves therewith, and the whole world hath been filled with its divine fragrance: and from us there cometh forth the abominable sin of foul incense, that we may worthily cry to God: Gloria.
