Хлѣ́бъ хрⷭ҇тѐ взѧ́ти не пре́зри мѧ̀, тѣ́ло твоѐ, и҆ бжⷭ҇твеннꙋю твою̀ ны́нѣ кро́вь, пречⷭ҇тыхъ влⷣко, и҆ стра́шныхъ твои́хъ та̑инъ причасти́тисѧ ѻ҆каѧ́ннаго: да не бꙋ́детъ мѝ въ сꙋ́дъ, да бꙋ́детъ же мѝ въ живо́тъ вѣ́чный и҆ безсме́ртный.
Let not the bread of life, O Lord, despise me, Thy body, and this Thy precious blood, shed for us by Thine own Master, partake of the consecrated: that I may not be judged, but may have in Thee a life eternal and immortal.
