А҆́ще и҆ во гро́бъ снизше́лъ є҆сѝ, безсме́ртне, но а҆́довꙋ разрꙋши́лъ є҆сѝ си́лꙋ, и҆ воскрⷭ҇лъ є҆сѝ ꙗ҆́кѡ побѣди́тель хрⷭ҇тѐ бж҃е, жена́мъ мѷроно́сицамъ вѣща́вый: ра́дꙋйтесѧ! и҆ твои̑мъ а҆пⷭ҇лѡмъ ми́ръ да́рꙋѧй, па́дшымъ подаѧ́й воскрⷭ҇нїе. [Є҆ди́нощи.]
If thou didst descend into the grave, O Immortal One, Thou didst destroy the power of hell with Thy might, and didst rise again, as Victor over death, O bearer of myrrh to the women: Rejoice! And by Thy angels dost give peace to them that fall, bestowing resurrection. [Eidinoshestvo.]
