On the bed of sickness (lying) and wounded (wounded) with a mortal wound, / just as you sometimes raised up, O Savior, Peter’s mother-in-law, / and the weakened one, on the bed of the wearer, / and now, O Merciful One, visit and heal the afflicted:/ You alone bear the ailments and illnesses of our generation, // and are all mighty, for You are Most Merciful.
