To the unvanquished warrior, the deliverer, we praise and thank you, my slave to your greatness, Theotokos: but to you, we call, the unconquerable queen, over all, who have freed us from all our woes, that we may call you: rejoice, the undefiled. Most glorious in heaven, God the Savior, you have received our prayers to you and our God, that you may deliver our souls. I lay upon you all my supplications, O Theotokos, shelter me under your own roof. O Two-Warriors, do not despise me, the sinful one, who beseech you for your help and your intercession: for my soul is in your care, and have mercy on me.
