O most blessed and reverend Father Stephen, illustrious servant of the Most Holy Trinity! Standing before Her Throne from the faces of the saints is an Angel and all the saints, remember us, in troubles and sorrows, those who fall and pray to your whole-bearing tomb: hear our prayers and bring me to the throne of the Trinitarian God, asking Him for us rich mercies, health for our souls and bodies, above all, remission of sins, grace and salvation. Because you have boldness towards Him, you can beg Him to give us all good things in our life, for our benefit and in preparation for eternal life. O good and faithful servant of God, true disciple of Christ, chosen vessel of the Holy Spirit, miracle worker Stephen!
Through your prayers, make us sinners also partakers of grace-filled gifts, in whose image God has enriched you, and be, according to God, a mentor to us for a godly life, a comforter of the storm of passions, a helper in sorrows and troubles, and a good intercessor from enemies visible and invisible: and we too, sowing the path of life pleasing to God Having passed, we will appear as heirs of the Kingdom of God through your intercession, and we will be worthy, together with you, to stand before the throne of the King of glory, to Him belongs all glory, honor and power forever and ever.
