Singing your labors and divine deeds, which you have accomplished for the Church for the sake of pious faces, you will sing to you, Gregory, and your grateful lips will cry out to you incessantly:
Rejoice, power of the Church;
Rejoice, branch of piety.
Rejoice, shameful idle talker Akindina;
Rejoice, you who have manifested God-given power.
Rejoice, O apostle to the merchant, as an imitator in all;
Rejoice, fellow and partaker of the dawn of God.
Rejoice, bright day of Thessalonites;
Rejoice, God-speaking ascetic of Orthodoxy.
Rejoice, delight of our souls;
Rejoice, all Orthodox affirmation.
Rejoice, O honorable lordship of your church;
Rejoice, joy to your faithful people.
Rejoice, Father Gregory, preacher of grace.
