Refrain: Having lifted up the Theotokos, save us.
По́мощи ꙗ҆́же ѿ тебє̀ тре́бꙋющыѧ не пре́зри, дв҃о, пою́щыѧ и҆ превозносѧ́щыѧ тѧ̀ во вѣ́ки.
Hear not, O Lord, our supplications which we offer unto Thee, nor despise us, Thou that dost sing and magnify Thee for ever.

Неможе́нїе дꙋшѝ моеѧ̀ и҆сцѣлѧ́еши, и҆ тѣлє́сныѧ болѣ̑зни, дв҃о: да тѧ̀ просла́влю, чⷭ҇таѧ, во вѣ́ки.
It is not possible for my soul to be healed and your diseases, both: that I may glorify You, theotokos, forever.

Glory to the Theotokos, grant us peace.
И҆сцѣле́нїй бога́тство и҆злива́еши вѣ́рнѡ пою́щымъ тѧ̀, дв҃о, и҆ превозносѧ́щымъ неизрече́нное твоѐ ржⷭ҇тво̀.
The wealth of healing flows to you, the faithful who sing to You, twice, and to those who exalt Your unutterable kingdom.

Glory to the Holy Mother of God, protect us.
Напа́стей ты̀ прило́ги ѿгонѧ́еши, и҆ страсте́й нахо́ды, дв҃о: тѣ́мже тѧ̀ пое́мъ во всѧ̑ вѣ́ки.
The Lord help us from the assaults of hell and its torments, both now and forever.
