From your youth you gave everything to yourself to the Lord, / remaining in prayer, labor and fasting, God-bearing Father, / you were an image of virtue for your flock; / for this reason, seeing your God good will,/ he appoints you to His Church as a shepherd and a noble bishop/ and after your repose, your holy body will be kept indestructible, to Saint Basil./ Also, as having Boldness,/ praying to Christ God// that our souls may be saved.
