Called by God's will to the hierarchal service/ by the holy Patriarch Tikhon,/ you appeared to the flock of Christ as a vigilant guardian/ and a fearless defender/ Hieromartyr Peter./ You endured cruel imprisonment and distant exile,/ suffering and death from the God-fighters./ The martyr’s crown arrived,/ now you rejoice in Heaven./ Pray to the merciful God,/ yes will save our Church from disorder,/ will grant unanimity and peace to His people// and will save our souls.
