Praise be to God and the living sacrifice/ your life, O Hieromartyr Thaddeus, appeared./ By fasting, vigil and prayer I received the heavenly gifts,/ I became a good helper and comforter to many./ You are adorned with pastoral wisdom and quietness of disposition,/ you have overcome the wickedness of Christ’s enemies./ Glory to Him who gave you strength in your suffering,/ glory, like a martyr, to Him who crowned you, // glory to the One who works healing for everyone.
