O all-honorable head, reverend father, blessed great Abbo Cosmo! Do not forget your poor to the end, but always remember us in your holy and auspicious prayers to God. Do not forget, when visiting your children who celebrate your sacred memory, but pray for us, good father, chosen one of Christ, for we have boldness towards the Heavenly King. You, having ascended to the height of virtues, like the phoenix blossomed, and like the cedar tree in Lebanon, you gathered your children, and you rejected worldly attachments from yourself, and you reached the Kingdom of Heaven, and there you stood before Christ God from the faces of the righteous. Do not keep silent to the Lord for us, and do not despise us, who honor you with faith and love. Remember us unworthy at the throne of the Almighty, constantly praying to Christ God: for you have been given the grace to pray for us.
Your venerable hands stretched out a prayer for us sinners: ask us time for repentance and for us to pass without restraint from earth to heaven, from the bitter ordeals of the princes of the air and from eternal torment, and to be an heir to the Heavenly Kingdom with everyone the righteous, those who pleased Him, the Lord our God Jesus Christ, to Him belongs all glory, honor and worship, with the Father and with the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages.
