O Reverend Father, great intercessor, quick to hear, servant of God and miracle worker Ferapont! Do not forget us, as you promised, to visit your children: even though you have departed from us in body, you are still with us in spirit. We pray to you, O Reverend Father: deliver us from fire and sword, from the invasion of foreigners and internecine warfare and from corrupting winds and from sudden death and from all the attacks of the enemy that come upon us. Hear us sinners, accept our prayer and supplication, which we bring to you like a fragrant censer and like a sacrifice acceptable to God. Reverend Father, revive and restore our souls, killed by evil deeds, words and thoughts. And just as you healed many who came to your celibate tomb with faith, you healed those suffering from all sorts of sorrows and illnesses, so you healed us from mental and physical ailments. Pluck us from the depths of our sins and guide us on the path of repentance, by your merciful intercession delivering us from visible and invisible enemies. Help us in this life and in the departure of our souls and in the future life, forever and ever.
