Let Thee, O Lord, in this evening preserve us without sin.
Blessed art Thou, O God, our Father, for ever and ever;
Glory be to Thee, and praise, and honour, unto Thee throughout the ages, Amen.
Be Thou, O Lord, our Teacher by Thy word;
Blessed art Thou, O Master, instruct me in Thy righteousness.
Blessed art Thou, O Spirit, enlighten me in Thy righteousness.
Be Thou, O Lord, our Teacher for evermore,
do not despise the work of Thine hands:
unto Thee is due glory, unto Thee praise,
unto Thee belongs glory, to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit;
now and henceforth and for ever, Amen.
And also, Lord, have mercy.
By the prayers of our holy Mother, Jesus Christ, O Lord, have mercy on us, amen.
