O Lord, hear my supplications and accept my prayers in Thy truth; for I do not enter into judgment with the servant of Thy choice, as He does not justify anyone before Thee. For He has humbled me to the ground, even unto death: Thou hast set me down in Sheol, O Death, that Thou mightest not have dominion over me. In Me Thou dost dwell, O Spirit within Me; Thou dost make My heart tender. Remember Thy ancient days, instructing us in all Thy works. Lift up Mine eyes, as of old, from the dust: for Thou art my God, I shall be satisfied when Thou art glorified. Hearken to me, O Lord, at the time of trouble, in the night, when the watchmen go by and raise the watch; hearken unto Me according to Thy mercy. Show me the path that I should take, and lead Me into the land where dwellers do not die: for Thou art my God, I shall be satisfied with Thee alone. Grant me Thy holy fear, O Lord, as I live, in Thy truth, that I may not be confounded by the adversary of my soul. For Thou art my God, I am a worm and no man, scorned and despised, a man of bloodshed and deceit, yet to Me Thou dost show mercy. Glory be unto Thee, O God, our Father, now and forever and ever. [Three times say "Lord have Mercy"]. Amen.
