O Lord, hear my supplications and accept my prayers in Thy truth; for I do not enter into judgment with the servant of Thy choice, as He does not justify any one before Thee. For He has humbled His flesh to death on earth: He has placed me among the dead, as He did not receive me into His right hand. And in me is my spirit, and in me is His tenderness of heart. Remember the ancient days, instructing us in all Thy works, by which Thou hast taught us through Thine hands. Raise up for me a wind from Thee: My soul is without wings before Thee. Hearken to me, O Lord, where I am; and let not my spirit depart from me, but let it be like one descending into the abyss. Hear me, O Lord, as I call out in Thy morning sacrifice, that Thou mayest show me the way of Thy works, for which I have waited. Teach me to do Thy will, for I am Thy servant. For Thou wilt set my soul on earth in Thy truth; and let it be known unto all generations, that I ask Thee by Thy mercy, that I may destroy my enemies, and that Thou wilt destroy the souls of them who are sighing over their sins, as I am a slave to Thee. Glory be to Thee, O God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.
