About the greatness of Christ's saints and wonderworkers Panteleimon, Cosmas and Damian, Cyrus and John, Hermolai, Diomedes, Photios and Anikitos! Hear us praying to you (names).
You know our sorrows and illnesses, hear the sighs of the many who come to you. For this reason, we call to you as our quick helper and warm prayer book: do not leave us with your intercession with God.
We constantly err from the path of salvation, guide us, O merciful mentor.
We are weak in faith, strengthen us, teachers of Orthodoxy.
We are very fortunate to do good deeds, enrich us, treasures of mercy.
We are constantly attacked by enemies, visible and invisible, and embittered, help us, helpless intercessors.
Turn away the righteous wrath that is brought upon us for our iniquity, by your intercession at the throne of the Judge of God, to whom you will stand in Heaven, holy and righteous.
Hear us, great saints of Christ, calling you with faith, and with your prayers ask the Heavenly Father for forgiveness of our sins and deliverance from troubles. You are helpers, intercessors and prayer makers, and for you we send glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
