O reverend and God-bearing servant of God, holy and righteous Jacob! Hear us praying to you at this hour, and be our helper in our sorrows, and deliver us from the misfortunes that befall us for our many sins. Pray to the All-Good God to grant us forgiveness of all sins, from youth to the present day and hour, in deed, word and thought, committed by us, and grant us unrestricted entry into the Heavenly Kingdom, so that we glorify from the Angels the unceasingly glorified All-Holy Trinity, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and your merciful intercession, forever and ever.
