O honorable head, reverend and blessed Father Savvo! Do not stop praying to God, the lover of mankind, for your flock, for whom you have loved with all your heart and for which you have endured much labor and sweat and illness. You weigh the fear that befalls us from everywhere, and weigh the indispensable demonic attack, weigh bodily service and malice, weigh the inability of our zeal. For this reason, we pray to you: just as in this difficult and much-painful life you loved your brothers dearly and you were a tireless mentor for their salvation, so now we stand before the throne of God, remember us your children, for may the Lord deliver us from darkness passions and every obsession of evil demons and evil people. Remember, Reverend Father, and my poor servant named, that through your prayers on the day of the terrible rebuke I will find the Merciful Judge, our Lord Jesus Christ, to Him be glory and power, with the Father and the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages.
