O great servant of Christ, our holy and powerful representative and heavenly patron of the entire northern Vologda country, the reverend and blessed Father Dionysius! You stand in heaven with the Angels before the throne of the Most Holy Trinity, and here on earth, in this all-honorable church, you rest in your holy relics, and with the grace given from above, you perform many miracles, giving healing to the sick: you have gained holy and venerable disciples in this place, Amphilochia, Makaria, Tarasia, Theodosia, with them now enjoy the incorruptible joys in the heavenly abodes and strive together with you for many powerful prayers for us sinners. Look mercifully at the more honest people ahead of you, tenderly praying and asking for your help and intercession. Extend your reverend hand to the Lord God in prayer, and as you have great boldness towards him, ask us from him for forgiveness of our sins, voluntary and involuntary.
In illness, grant healing to the afflicted, to the grieving, consolation is sent down, to those in need, grant your quick help, but to all who honor you, pardon and salvation, and in all things, intercede for good haste: so that by your holy intercession, having received grace and mercy from the Lord, we will inherit the Kingdom of Heaven, and together with by you and your disciples we will glorify the great love for mankind of the Triune God, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever.
