Hear, O Lord, the prayer of my righteousness; incline thine ear to my supplication; let it not be in deceitful lips.

Let my judgment proceed from your presence; let my eyes behold righteousness.

You have tested my heart; you have visited me by night; you have tried me, and found no wrong in me.

Concerning the works of men, by the words of thy lips I have kept strict ways.

Hallow my ways in thy paths, that my footsteps be not dismayed.

I have cried out, for Thou hast heard me, O God; incline Thy ear to me and hear the words of my mouth.

Marvel at thy mercies, O Saviour of those who trust in thee from the hands of thy adversaries.

Keep me as the apple of thine eye; in thy pinions’ shade conceal me.

From the face of the wicked, those who distress me, my foes have surrounded my soul.

‹. They are shut up by their own fat; with their mouth they speak arrogantly.

They have now surrounded us at every turn: fixing their eyes, they lean toward the ground.

Like a lion eager for the hunt, and as a young lion hiding in secrecy.

Arise, O Lord, rebuke them and terrify them; deliver my soul from the ungodly, thy wrathful sword.

Lord, from few of the earth divide them in their lifetime, and let the hidden things of thy mercy fill their bellies; that they may be filled with children, and leave the remainder to their infants.

As for me, in righteousness I shall be seen in thy face; I shall be satisfied when I awake with thy likeness.
Glory:
