Прест҃а́ѧ трⷪ҇це, поми́лꙋй на́съ: гдⷭ҇и, ѡ҆чи́сти грѣхѝ на́шѧ: влⷣко, простѝ беззакѡ́нїѧ на̑ша: ст҃ы́й, посѣтѝ и҆ и҆сцѣлѝ не́мѡщи на́шѧ, и҆́мене твоегѡ̀ ра́ди.
Prestáya trěsče, pomíluy nás: gđi, óchisti grěkhì nashá: vlčko, prostí bez zakóni︠a︡ nas̑a: stýy, posětǐ i inśelì nemōshi nashá, imené tvoégò raди.
Translation:
O Preserver, forgive us: O Eyes, cleanse our sins: O Master, pardon our lawlessness: O Holy One, visit and heal the sick among us, for Thy name's sake.
