Влⷣко хрⷭ҇тѐ бж҃е, и҆́же стрⷭ҇тьмѝ твои́ми стра̑сти моѧ̑ и҆сцѣли́вый, и҆ ꙗ҆́звами твои́ми ꙗ҆́звы моѧ̑ ѹ҆врачева́вый, да́рꙋй мнѣ̀, мно́гѡ тебѣ̀ прегрѣши́вшемꙋ, сле́зы ѹ҆миле́нїѧ, срастворѝ моемꙋ̀ тѣ́лꙋ ѿ ѡ҆бонѧ́нїѧ животворѧ́щагѡ тѣ́ла твоегѡ̀, и҆ насладѝ дꙋ́шꙋ мою̀ твое́ю чⷭ҇тно́ю кро́вїю, ѿ го́рести, є҆́юже мѧ̀ сопроти́вникъ напоѝ: возвы́си мо́й ѹ҆́мъ къ тебѣ̀, до́лꙋ пони́кшїй, и҆ возведѝ ѿ про́пасти поги́бели, ꙗ҆́кѡ не и҆́мамъ покаѧ́нїѧ, не и҆́мамъ ѹ҆миле́нїѧ, не и҆́мамъ слезы̀ ѹ҆тѣ́шительныѧ, возводѧ́щїѧ ча̑да ко своемꙋ̀ наслѣ́дїю. ѡ҆мрачи́хсѧ ѹ҆мо́мъ въ жите́йскихъ страсте́хъ, не могꙋ̀ воззрѣ́ти къ тебѣ̀ въ болѣ́зни, не могꙋ̀ согрѣ́тисѧ слеза́ми ꙗ҆̀же къ тебѣ̀ любвѐ. но влⷣко гдⷭ҇и і҆и҃се хрⷭ҇тѐ, сокро́вище бл҃ги́хъ, да́рꙋй мнѣ̀ покаѧ́нїе всецѣ́лое, и҆ се́рдце люботрꙋ́дное во взыска́нїе твоѐ: да́рꙋй мнѣ̀ бл҃года́ть твою̀, и҆ ѡ҆бновѝ во мнѣ̀ зра́ки твоегѡ̀ ѡ҆́браза. ѡ҆ста́вихъ тѧ̀, не ѡ҆ста́ви менє̀: и҆зы́ди на взыска́нїе моѐ: возведѝ къ па́жити твое́й, и҆ сопричти́ мѧ ѻ҆вца́мъ и҆збра́ннагѡ твоегѡ̀ ста́да: воспита́й мѧ̀ съ ни́ми ѿ ѕла́ка бжⷭ҇твенныхъ твои́хъ та́инствъ, мл҃твами пречⷭ҇тыѧ твоеѧ̀ мт҃ре, и҆ всѣ́хъ ст҃ы́хъ твои́хъ. а́ми́нь.
O Lord Jesus Christ, Thou Healer with Thy own passions, and Thou Who art healed by Thy own names, grant me, who have greatly sinned against Thee, tears of compunction, to dissolve my body from the infection of the life-giving body Thine; and let me taste Thy precious blood, from the bitterness wherewith mine adversary has pelted me: raise up my soul, which is bowed down, to Thee, and lift me out of the pit of destruction, for I have no repentance, no compunction, no tears of the Comforter, who raiseth up children unto their inheritance. I darkened myself in worldly passions, could not look to Thee in sickness, nor could I be warmed by Thy tears of love. But O Lord God, Thou art hidden treasure of goodness, grant me complete repentance, and a loving heart in seeking Thine: grant me Thy grace, and renew within me the eyes of Thy image.
I left Thee, but did not leave Me; go forth for my seeking: raise me to partake of Thy pasture, and join me with the chosen flock of Thy fold: nurture me among them from the weakness of Thy divine mysteries, by thy most pure prayers, and all Thy saints. Amen.
