Влⷣко хрⷭ҇тѐ бж҃е, и҆́же стрⷭ҇тьмѝ твои́ми стра̑сти моѧ̑ и҆сцѣли́вый, и҆ ꙗ҆́звами твои́ми ꙗ҆́звы моѧ̑ ѹ҆врачева́вый, да́рꙋй мнѣ̀, мно́гѡ тебѣ̀ прегрѣши́вшемꙋ, сле́зы ѹ҆миле́нїѧ, срастворѝ моемꙋ̀ тѣ́лꙋ ѿ ѡ҆бонѧ́нїѧ животворѧ́щагѡ тѣ́ла твоегѡ̀, и҆ насладѝ дꙋ́шꙋ мою̀ твое́ю чⷭ҇тно́ю кро́вїю, ѿ го́рести, є҆́юже мѧ̀ сопроти́вникъ напоѝ: возвы́си мо́й ѹ҆́мъ къ тебѣ̀, до́лꙋ пони́кшїй, и҆ возведѝ ѿ про́пасти поги́бели, ꙗ҆́кѡ не и҆́мамъ покаѧ́нїѧ, не и҆́мамъ ѹ҆миле́нїѧ, не и҆́мамъ слезы̀ ѹ҆тѣ́шительныѧ, возводѧ́щїѧ ча̑да ко своемꙋ̀ наслѣ́дїю. ѡ҆мрачи́хсѧ ѹ҆мо́мъ въ жите́йскихъ страсте́хъ, не могꙋ̀ воззрѣ́ти къ тебѣ̀ въ болѣ́зни, не могꙋ̀ согрѣ́тисѧ слеза́ми ꙗ҆̀же къ тебѣ̀ любвѐ. но влⷣко гдⷭ҇и і҆и҃се хрⷭ҇тѐ, сокро́вище бл҃ги́хъ, да́рꙋй мнѣ̀ покаѧ́нїе всецѣ́лое, и҆ се́рдце люботрꙋ́дное во взыска́нїе твоѐ: да́рꙋй мнѣ̀ бл҃года́ть твою̀, и҆ ѡ҆бновѝ во мнѣ̀ зра́ки твоегѡ̀ ѡ҆́браза. ѡ҆ста́вихъ тѧ̀, не ѡ҆ста́ви менє̀: и҆зы́ди на взыска́нїе моѐ: возведѝ къ па́жити твое́й, и҆ сопричти́ мѧ ѻ҆вца́мъ и҆збра́ннагѡ твоегѡ̀ ста́да: воспита́й мѧ̀ съ ни́ми ѿ ѕла́ка бжⷭ҇твенныхъ твои́хъ та́инствъ, мл҃твами пречⷭ҇тыѧ твоеѧ̀ мт҃ре, и҆ всѣ́хъ ст҃ы́хъ твои́хъ. а́ми́нь.
O Master Jesus Christ, Thou who heal'st my passions with Thy own sufferings and curest me by the names of Thine, grant me, O many times fallen into sin, tears of compunction, that they may dissolve in my body the corruption of the life-giving body of Thine, and give joy to my soul through Thy precious blood, from the bitterness which my adversary has poured upon me: raise up my head to Thee, which is bowed down, and lift me out of the pit of destruction, for I have no repentance, no compunction, no tears of the Comforter that would lift up children to their inheritance. I darkened myself in worldly passions; I could not look to Thee in sickness, nor could I be warmed by Thy tears of love. But O Master, Thou who art the treasure-house of goodness, grant me complete repentance and a loving heart for seeking Thine: grant me Thy grace, and renew in me the eyes of Thy image.
I left Thee, but Thou didst not leave me; go forth to seek my salvation: raise me up to Thy pasture, and join me with the chosen flock of Thy fold: educate me among them from the strength of Thy divine mysteries, by thy fervent prayers and all Thy holy hymns. Amen.
