Evening prayer of our supplication, receive, O Holy Lord, and grant unto us forgiveness of sins, for Thou alone art the Resurrection in the world.
Ѡ҆быди́те лю́дїе сїѡ́нъ, и҆ ѡ҆б̾ими́те є҆го̀, и҆ дади́те сла́вꙋ въ не́мъ воскрⷭ҇шемꙋ и҆з̾ ме́ртвыхъ: ꙗ҆́кѡ то́й є҆́сть бг҃ъ на́шъ, и҆збавле́й на́съ ѿ беззако́нїй на́шихъ.
Blest ye every man with him, and blot him out, and give glory in him who was raised from the dead: For he is our God, and deliver us from the lawlessness of our fathers.

Come ye people, let us take and worship Jesus Christ, praising Him and His resurrection from the dead: For He is our God, deliverer from the deceit of this world.

Brothers, today this double feast rejoices the creation, and the human race shall rejoice: for the holy Theotokos hath summoned us, the unspeakable treasure of the divine nature; the second coming of Adam into paradise: the repository of the union of two natures: the triumph of the saving reconciliation: the tabernacle wherein the unutterable Word became flesh verily: a light cloud, which overshadoweth the cherubim, bearing in His body Him who was of the essence. Through your prayers, O God, may Thy Spirit save our souls.

By Thy holy Incarnation, O Lord, we have been made free from passions by Thy resurrection and from the withering of death, wherefore we glorify Thee.

Prepared was she in the race of women, two handmaids of the Most Pure Virgin, intercessors for peace, born of flesh from the Ever-Begotten, co-equal with the Spirit truly: let us pray to Him that He may save us.

Holding fast to unceasing sorrows, reading them with one intercessor, we pray thankfully: Save us all O Evangelist: for thou art the refuge of peace, and the protection of our race.
Ѡ҆бнови́сѧ мі́ръ въ ржⷭ҇твѣ̀ твое́мъ бг҃ороди́тельнице ѻ҆трокови́це, вѣ́рныхъ сп҃се́нїе, и҆ неꙋсыпа́емаѧ предста́тельнице бл҃гоче́стнѡ молѧ́щихъ тѧ̀ пречⷭ҇таѧ, не преста́й молѧ́щи прилѣ́жнѡ ѡ҆ всѣ́хъ пою́щихъ тѧ̀.
Renew the world in thy travail, O Virgin Mother, veritable Saviour, and ever-vigilant intercessor of the pious, do not cease to pray nigh unto Thee all them that sing Thee.

Cloud of the Lord's glory ever-present in heaven, let us call it: from thee indeed didst Thou send down the word as rain upon the earth, and having risen up from thee, Thou didst enlighten the world, O Jesus Christ, and didst make void the deceit of Thy Theotokos. Through these we beseech Thee, drawing nigh to the throne, do not forsake us, O Thou who dost truly confess Thee those who confess Thee truly.
