Evening prayer, O Lord, receive our supplication, and grant us forgiveness of sins, for Thou alone art the Resurrection in the world.

Blest ye the people of His Son, and forgive him, and give glory in Him who rose from the dead: For He is our God, and deliver us from our lawlessnesses.

Come ye people, let us take and worship Jesus Christ, praising Him and His resurrection from the dead: For He is our God, deliverer from the deceit of this world.

Glory, and honour now: doxographical:

Brothers, today this double feast rejoices the creation, and the human race shall rejoice: for the holy Theotokos hath summoned us, the unspeakable treasure of the twofold nature: the wordless second advent of Adam in paradise: the repository of the union of two natures: the triumph of the savior's reconciliation: the tabernacle wherein the unutterable Word clothed itself in flesh: a light cloud, which overshadoweth the cherubim, bearing the body that it had assumed. Through your prayers, O Mother of God, preserve the salvation of our souls.

By Thy holy Incarnation, we have been set free from passions, and by Thy Resurrection, from the corruption of death; O Lord, glory be to Thee.

And now the stichera of the Presanctified Liturgy. It is fitting:
As are the heavenly ranks:

Prepared was thee in the race of races, O Theotokos, two-fold mother of infants, intercessor for peace, having brought forth bodily the unspeakable Saviour in flesh, and co-reigning truly with the Spirit: wherefore pray thou for us unto Him.

With unceasing sorrow reading the unbeginning Scriptures, we, Thy intercessor alone being present, cry with thanksgiving: Save us all, O Evangelist of God: for Thou art the refuge of peace, and the defense of our race.

Renew the world in thy travail, O Virgin Mother, veritable Saviour, and ever-vigilant intercessor of the pious, do not cease to pray nigh unto Thee all them that sing Thee.

Glory, and now: self-like:

O Cloud of Glory ever-present in the Lord's presence, thou art called a Prophet: for from thee hath come down upon the people the word more precious than rain; and having risen up from thee, O Thou enlightening one, Thou hast enlightened the world, making the delusion of Jesus Christ vanish. Praying near to Thee, we beseech Thee, do not forsake us, O Thou who dost truly confess Thyself.
