The heavenly mind is acquisitive, the fathers of God, and all the good things of this world have despised, in Mount Athos you have found spiritual peace in Christ, and with Christ you abide in the Kingdom of Heaven; From here we too, overwhelmed by the troubles of the sea of life, pacify us with grace with your prayers, and in the silence of the spirit we will sing to you, our intercessor, the following songs:

Rejoice, you who have passed through the passionate depths of the sea through the nourishment of Christ.

Rejoice, you have safely reached the harbor of salvation.

Rejoice, the sail of faith, hope and love invisibly preserved the ship of your souls from the storm of passions.

Rejoice, for having strengthened him through fasting and prayer.

Rejoice, God-bright stars, who gracefully illuminate our sinful night.

Rejoice, for the light of your virtues spiritually enlightens our dark souls.

Rejoice, reverend fathers of Athos, for the zeal for the souls of our prayer books.
