O great saint of God, Saint Ephraim! Behold, we bring you songs of praise, sinners and misdeeds, your children, and we magnify your deeds and virtues and your many mercy to all who flow with faith to your fatherly protection. Accept with love the offering of faith and our love, and bring it to the Almighty God, from Him comes every good and every perfect gift: and just as in your earthly life you were beneficial to all who sought your help, so even now, merciful Father, do not deprive us of your powerful intercession before God, Do not leave us orphaned and helpless, but always remember us in your holy heavenly prayers. Strengthen our feet to walk firmly and unwaveringly in the path of the Lord’s commandments: strengthen our hands to perform prayer and do good deeds: warm our hearts with love for the Lord and for our neighbors. O merciful Saint Ephraim! I asked the Heavenly King, our Lord, for this house of mercy and the church built in it for prosperity and preservation from all evil.

Ask, O saint of God, from the Heavenly Physician, Christ our God, for those who labor in this house and for all who reverently call on your name, for whom the gift is needed: here for those who heal and serve, the gift of healing, help and patience and strengthening, for the sick and mentally suffering healing, consolation for the sad, deliverance for the needy, knowledge of the truth for those who have gone astray, correction for sinners, advancement for those who strive, and all that is needed for temporal and eternal life, for the glory of God, wondrous in His saints, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, in the Trinity glorified and worshiped forever and ever.
