My sorrows, O Mother of the Corrupter, who hast given birth to the Lord, do I beseech thee for my transgressions, O Faithful Witness.

Млⷭ҇рдїѧ твоегѡ̀ бе́зднꙋ призыва́ющꙋ пода́ждь мѝ, ꙗ҆́же бл҃госе́рдаго ро́ждшаѧ, и҆ сп҃са всѣ́хъ пою́щихъ тѧ̀.
O Soul/Spirit of the Most Merciful, Thou that callest upon Thee from the depths, because Thou art the Mother of Him Who was born with a loving heart, and Saviour of all who sing Thee, I praise Thee.

Наслажда́ющесѧ пречⷭ҇таѧ, твои́хъ дарова́нїй, бл҃года́рственное воспѣва́емъ пѣ́нїе, вѣ́дꙋще тѧ̀ бг҃омт҃рь.
Enjoying Thy gifts with thanksgiving, we sing this hymn, knowing Thee, O God.

На ѻ҆дрѣ̀ болѣ́зни моеѧ̀ и҆ не́мощи низлежа́щꙋ мѝ, ꙗ҆́кѡ бл҃голюби́ва, помозѝ бцⷣе, є҆ди́на приснодв҃о.
On the bed of my sickness and weakness lying low beneath me, because of Thy lovingkindness, O Theotokos, hast Thou helped me, alone ever-present.

Наде́ждꙋ и҆ ѹ҆твержде́нїе, и҆ сп҃се́нїѧ стѣ́нꙋ недви́жимꙋ, и҆мꙋ́ще тѧ̀ всепѣ́таѧ, неꙋдо́бства всѧ́кагѡ и҆збавлѧ́емсѧ.
Hope and confidence, and the immovable wall of peace, steadfastly holding thee from all eternal tribulations, we are delivered from every adversity.
