Quia custodis et conservator animae meae, accipe preces meas a Deo Angelico; supplex te rogo, sanctus: ex omnibus malis me libera.

Мою̀ скве́рность твое́ю ст҃ы́нею ѡ҆чи́сти, храни́телю мо́й, и҆ ѿ ча́сти шꙋ́їѧ да ѿлꙋче́нъ бꙋ́дꙋ мл҃твами твои́ми, и҆ прича́стникъ сла́вы ꙗ҆влю́сѧ.
Purify my wretchedness by Thy holiness, O Guardian of mine, and through a portion of Thine suffering obtain for me mercy through thy prayers, and partaker of the glory with Avlulius.
И҆ ны́нѣ и҆ при́снѡ и҆ во вѣ́ки вѣкѡ́въ. Ґми́нь.

Недоꙋмѣ́нїе предлежи́тъ мѝ ѿ ѡ҆быше́дшихъ мѧ̀ ѕѡ́лъ, пречⷭ҇таѧ: но и҆зба́ви мѧ̀ ѿ ни́хъ ско́рѡ, къ тебѣ́ бо є҆ди́нѣй прибѣго́хъ.
