Patriarchs have great fertilization, / the beauty of the saint, the monk’s rule, / the hermit’s glory, the giver of mercy, / the reasoning of the lamp, / having come together, let us praise the faithful, / meekness teacher, Divine healer,/ the wise archpastor, the great saint and father,/ Ephraim, Patriarch of Serbia,/ the star that enlightens dark people/ and illuminates all the faithful./ Moreover, flowing to the race of his relics,/ I kiss with love and cry:/ holy saint, do not cease to pray to Christ our God // that our souls may be saved.
