Today the faith of Christ is confirmed by the rock of faith, / and Joppa rejoices in joy, / they psalmically glorify the Life-Giver, the Son of God of faithfulness, / seeing great things being accomplished miracle:/ the supreme apostle speaks,/ and the dead woman rises from the grave,/ even as the bringer of death grants to the Church,/ let people be adorned in her image with virtues./ Come, then, Christians,/ let us bring our prayers to the saints:/ blessed and merciful Tabitha,/ lift up our sighs to the Most Holy Trinity,/ and pray with boldness,/ yes, son of light Let us be the Eternal One,/ may we be worthy of God’s mercy,/ may we abide in Divine love,// and may peace reign in the universe.
